About Mas du Juge
Mas du Juge is located in the Bouches-du-Rhône department, between Arles and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
We attach particular importance to the maintenance of our trees by practising sustainable agriculture. We therefore exclude chemical treatments as much as possible.
Our olive trees are trimmed on a biennial basis in order to facilitate fruit production and prevent excessive growth.
Airing out the trees makes it possible to eliminate old branches, allows the development of new branches and limits the development of diseases.
Do not hesitate longer
and taste our olive oil.
Our olives are pressed at Moulin Jean-Marie Cornille, a XVIIth century mill which is nowadays located on a new site just outside the centre of Maussane-les-Alpilles and may therefore be called one of the most modern mills of the region.
Our olive oil is obtained by mechanical processes and has not undergone any chemical treatment.
It is filtered before being bottled.
